Linking statement:
These Subject Learning Goals are aligned with my Professional Context Statement as a Registered Nurse and with the Course Learning Goals of the Master of Education (Learning and Leadership). Drawing on my experience across diverse healthcare settings, the goals support the identification of authentic, practice-based learning scenarios and the design of innovative, evidence-informed learning initiatives tailored to complex, dynamic professional contexts. They enable the application of contemporary theories and research in learning and educational leadership to inform reflective and evidence-based practice, and support critical evaluation of workplace learning processes, policy, and organisational structures. By engaging with these goals, I aim to strengthen my capacity to lead educational improvement, influence professional learning, and translate clinical expertise into meaningful academic and research contributions within healthcare education.
