Upon completing this subject, I recognise that these Subject Learning Goals have extended my understanding of innovation and change leadership beyond the design of learning experiences, towards critically evaluating and leading meaningful improvement within professional contexts. Building on the design-focused foundations developed in 01422 Designing Innovative Learning, this subject enabled me to explore contemporary theories and approaches to innovation, identify opportunities for improvement within workplace and community settings, and apply practical strategies and tools to develop and lead innovative learning initiatives. Through engagement with the assessment tasks, I strengthened my ability to integrate theory, research, and practice to inform evidence-based decision-making and respond to complex professional challenges. These outcomes align with the broader goals of the Master of Education (Learning and Leadership) by supporting my progression from a practitioner who designs learning experiences to an emerging educational leader capable of influencing change, fostering innovation, and contributing to continuous improvement within healthcare education and professional learning environments.
